HALF DAY: 10am- 4pm OR 5pm- 11pm

To book LVS, we require a signed rental agreement along with a non-refundable deposit of $250.

Day-of Event Insurance is required by all who book Luxe Venue Space. No exceptions. 

Luxe Venue Space will always be presented as a top-notch space. We offer tables & chairs to all clients. If booked clients would like for LVS to setup the space to a specific floor plan this will be an additional charge. At the end of the client's event, we require that the space is left in the condition that it was presented to them. This will ensure that no damage fees will be incurred to the client.
