Luxe Venue Space provides a platform for users to inquire about booking an event venue. Submission of the “Inquiry” form does not guarantee a booking — final approval depends on our confirmation.
When you submit an inquiry, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information (name, contact, event date, guest count, event type, etc.).
Any booking or reservation may require a deposit or full payment as agreed in a separate booking agreement or email confirmation.
Payment methods, amounts, deadlines, and refund or cancellation policies will be defined in the booking agreement.
If you wish to cancel or postpone your booking, you must inform us in writing within a specified timeframe (as agreed during booking).
Depending on the timing of cancellation, some or all deposit/advance payment may be non-refundable.
In case of cancellation by Luxe Venue Space (due to unforeseen circumstances, double-booking, force majeure, etc.), we will offer an alternative date or full refund of any amounts paid.
The client (you) is responsible for the conduct of all guests and any damage caused to the venue or property during the event.
You must comply with any venue rules (capacity limits, noise restrictions, safety regulations, local laws, etc.) if applicable.
You are responsible for any additional costs: breakage, cleaning beyond normal use, extra hours, third-party vendor charges, etc.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxe Venue Space is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the booking or use of the venue.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses arising out of your event, guests’ behavior, or violation of these terms.
All content on the Site (text, images, design, logos) is the property of Luxe Venue Space or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site or booking services after the changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
