Luxe Venue Space is a versatile event space located off of Highway 58 in Chattanooga, TN. The beautiful space can be used for various types of events, including wedding receptions, corporate events, private parties and more.

The capacity of Luxe Venue Space varies depending on the type of event and the setup. However, on average we can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Luxe Venue Space offers various amenities, including tables, chairs, linens, kitchenette, audiovisual equipment, wi-fi, restrooms and a preferred vendor’s list.

Luxe Venue has several options:

FULL DAY: 10am- 9pm Sun.-Th and until 11pm on Fri and Sat

Half Day and Hourly options are also available! Contact us for availability.

Yes. A $200 non-refundable deposit and a rental agreement is required.

Luxe Venue Space will always be presented as a top-notch space. We offer tables & chairs to all clients. If booked clients would like for LVS to set up the space to a specific floor plan this will be an additional charge.

At the end of the client’s event, we require that the space is left in the condition that it was presented to them. This will ensure that no damage fees will be incurred to the client. Everything will be agreed to within the rental agreement.

Not all events require event insurance. Day of Event Insurance is only required for events serving alcohol.
